In June we set out on a family adventure. We loaded the car with everything imaginable for our 2 1/2 week cross country trip. Our first day was spent mainly in the car. We crossed the Wyoming state line, the first of many, and stopped along the way to see what we could see.
We stopped at Martins Cove and learned the history of the early Pioneers. We pulled hand carts and talked about what we would take if we had only hand carts to pull.
We hiked to Devil's Gate. A land mark the early pioneers would watch for as they made their trek west.
